Re: Worldwide routable Garmin maps: URL REMOVED

Hello,
I downloaded a few tiles from california.
I can install, see all details in mapsource and download easy to my nüvi2360.

In mapsource I can see all streets and details, select country and city, but when searching for a street, it tells me that the street is not valid in this map-product, even if I see it in the list and in the map.

Inside the GPS, the map is visible and selectable from the cards menue.

If both city navigator (installed Europe) and OSM map (California) are selected, I can not enter "USA" or alike in the "country" field - only european countries are available. If I deselect the citiy navigator map, the device tells me that no map is available.
I am sure the map is installed, but I have no clue how to access and use it.

Retried few days later with a single tile containing San Francisco, same behavior.

I searched a lot but was not able to find a similar post here or in other forums. Do you have a clue?
