Typically country/region maps overlap at their boundaries and it could well be that the whole Pyrenees are covered by the France map. So in that case you don't have to switch to the Spanish (or Andorrans 🙂) map in case you get into Spain or Andorra. But you have to find that out yourself.
You can have both or more on the SD card but only select (activate) once at the same time if there is a chance of overlap.

(You could select Norway and Spain at the same time without any risk - if you want)
