I totally disagree that routing is far from perfect, I do get very good results for my taste.
I totally agree, that every bike-rider has different preferences regarding surface and routing.

I tried to build the map on my own and tweak the style a bit but I failed*. Is the "Openfietsmap full" style in the github repo the one that is used for the maps to download? Which typ is used?

It was the first time I fired up mkgmap, so there are plenty of things I might habe down wrong. Just wanted to be sure I am using the correct input for my expected

• the car profile of the created map behaved like for real cars. Either it used a default style or I was passing the wrong style to mkgmap
