Proposal under 3dr roofs [1] is still valid. Only Osm2Word don't support it. If you have really simple buildings you can try to convert it into "Simple 3d Building" definition [2], which is fully supported by kendzi3d. You can even mix this two specifications. Nerveless in most cases 3dr specification is the only thing that left.
