Ich würde es mit landuse=residential + gated_community=yes + access=private taggen.

Wurde hier schon mal diskutiert: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Prop … unity#Vote (das Proposal schlug landuse=gated_community vor, was aber abgelehnt wurde, da es kein landuse ist). Eine Gated Community ist ja im Grunde genommen nichts anderes als ein Wohngebiet (landuse=residential) zu dem halt nicht jeder Zutritt hat.
