Ich hatte vorgeschlagen, die kritischen Sachen einfach zu redacten und gut iss. Aber nein, das war so nicht gewollt.

Was soll daran problematisch sein, es dokumentiert den jetzigen Zustand und obwohl es jedem klar sein sollte, dass er für sein eigenes Tun verantwortlich ist, sagen wir es einfach nochmals explizit. Oder meinst du wir können z.B. in China eingreifen wenn jemand Schwierigkeiten mit den Regelungen dort bekommt?

Auch problematisch finde ich:

Da frage ich mich, wie das in der Praxis laufen soll.

Genau so wie jetzt, denn auch das ist die Dokumentation des jetzigen Zustandes.
