Bei den Besenwirtschaften, quasi das in-door äquivalent zu den Weinausschankhütten, in Stuttgart halten sich

Da bei den Weinausschankhütten der Wein im Vordergrund steht, halte ich pub für das geeignete Haupttag, unterstützt von folgenden Quellen:
