Im ursprünglichen Aufruf war auch nur von OSMF Board und WGs die Rede. Insofern sieht es sehr danach aus, dass ein größerer Benutzerkreis eher nicht vorgesehen war. Die unten indirekt verlinkte FOSS-Policy legt den Schwerpunkt auf "[...] tools used by OSMF to get administrative work done", was ebenfalls für eine rein OSMF-interne Verwendung spricht.

an email address (group) to add a few volunteers (from the LCCWG and FOSS Policy committee) who will help creating/deleting user accounts, looking that the storage quota won't get hit (within the first week, etc...)
