Re: Korrekte Lizenzangabe bei gedruckter Karte

Was ich mit Ball flachhalten meine: wir wollen ja Geodaten publizieren die genutzt werden, und dieser Nutzer hat ja OpenStreetMap gut lesbar auf die Karte gemacht, deshalb ist es im Grunde schonmal ok, solange man davon ausgeht, dass durch die Schönheitsfehler nicht absichtlich die Attribution verschleiert werden sollte, optimal finde ich das aber auch nicht, der Name ist nicht ganz richtig und ein (c) oder ähnlich gehört da hin, sonst sieht es optisch aus wie ein Ortsname und nicht unbedingt wie Attribution, das ist auch der Position und Schriftgestaltung geschuldet.
Eigentlich müsste auch die ODbL angeben werden oder man linkt auf osm/copyright, damit wäre alles erschlagen

die Foundation sagt auch, dass man verstehen muss, dass es sich um Attribution handelt, was m.E. nicht komplett klar wird bei der Karte:

Attribution must also make it clear that the data is available under the Open Database License. This may be done by making the text “OpenStreetMap” a link to openstreetmap.org/copyright, which has information about OpenStreetMap’s data sources (which OpenStreetMap needs to credit) as well as the ODbL.

The text must be easily readable and understandable, taking into consideration the font, size, colour, contrast, positioning and amount of time that it is visible. We recommend you follow accessibility guidelines such as WCAG, and any other locally relevant regulations.
