Frage zu turnrestriction (Wiki vs JOSM)

folgendes Problem:
hier steht, dass man bei turnrestrictions mehrere via-Wege nehmen darf: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:restriction (auf der deutschen Seite steht auch, dass man 2 via nehmen darf)
nun habe ich für diese Kreuzung entsprechend des Fahrweges für das Wendeverbot und die Linksabbieger mehrere via-Wege für eine turnrestriction genommen: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=51.36 … 8&layers=M
Jetzt gibt mir JOSM aber Fehlermeldungen aus, dass ich nicht mehrere via-Wege nutzen darf, ist doch ein Bug?
