"direct spamming"

Hi, hab gerade eine PM bekommen, die ich mal in die Rubrik "Direktes Spamming" einordnen möchte.
Habt ihr auch sowas bekommen? Und wen muß ich ansprechen, damit der Account gelöscht wird?
