Grenze Deutschland / Frankreich

Hallo,
jemand (Joshua Garner) aus dem Ausland hat in der Telegram Gruppe eine Frage zum Grenzverlauf Deutschland / Frankreich gestellt. Da er kein Deutsch spricht, poste ich das mal hier für ihn. Kann sich das vielleicht jemand von euch anschauen und fixen? Ich bin da nicht so ganz im Thema, wollte das aber zumindest weitergeben. Danke!

I was taking a look at the latest weeklyOSM (which is also where I found this chat) and decided to take a look at the apparently broken German-French border. I'm hardly an expert on international borders on OSM, but it looks to me like the node connecting the border lines where the border "breaks" simply aren't merged, and this might be the problem. I guess I'm asking if clicking the merge button would be considered a Very Bad Idea.
